@Tristan: I agree that it is a little bit difficult because we are generally taught to multi-task and maximize the utilization of time. However, the best part about these things are that you can start practicing them even if it is just for 2 minutes everyday. You will soon feel a real difference!</description>

As an Engineer, I&#039;m trained to think, analyse, solve.

It&#039;s natural because of the environment I&#039;m in.

It&#039;s great to be able to read things like this that allow you to realise what you do. Spend a little time away from your natural instincts and just observe, enjoy, take in and immerse yourself.</description>

		<description>Good post. I think you are right about mind wandering during simple activities like eating. I believe we should not do anything (like watching tv) when we are eating so we can focus on what we are eating and really enjoy the food.</description>
